"I first started going to Teresa for Reiki about 1 year ago. At that time I was recovering from major surgery and was facing the stressful journey of IVF. Combined with this my husband is in the Armed Forces and away from home a lot, therefore the support I required was not always immediately available. I felt I needed to something to help me de-stress and get things in perspective. I had not really heard of this kind of treatment prior to my first visit and have to admit I was a little sceptical about any benefits it would offer.
